Key Features

An externally heated crucible paired with PID temperature regulation maintains tight melt temperature tolerances throughout the casting cycle. Because the heating tubes sit outside the crucible wall, they avoid direct contact with molten alloy — reducing corrosion, simplifying maintenance, and improving thermal uniformity across the melt.

The PLC system — configurable with Mitsubishi or Yonghong controllers — handles full-cycle automation from mold close to ejection. A built-in weekly cycle programming function allows operators to pre-schedule production runs across shifts, reducing labor requirements and ensuring consistent output without manual intervention.

Die gap detection continuously monitors platen alignment during clamping. If the system detects incomplete mold closure, it halts the injection cycle before molten alloy can escape. This prevents flash defects, protects both the operator and the mold tooling, and reduces material waste.

With a maximum casting speed of 10 shots per minute and a robust hydraulic clamping system delivering 100KN of locking force, the machine sustains production rates of 12,000 to 16,000 parts per day. The vertical clamping layout simplifies part removal and insert placement, minimizing cycle-to-cycle downtime.

At approximately 1,000 kg and a footprint under 1.5 square meters, this machine integrates hydraulics, electrics, and the control panel into a single enclosed unit. A multi-level safety light tower provides real-time status visibility on the shop floor, and the machine can be installed alongside existing lines without major facility modifications.
