Key Features

The 38CrMoAla alloy screw delivers stable extrusion pressure with minimal wear, while four independently controlled 0.3 kW cast-aluminum heaters provide rapid temperature rise and tight thermal regulation across the barrel length. Four dedicated 60 W cooling fans prevent overheating and maintain consistent melt viscosity.

A dual-tank vacuum system with dedicated pump and gauge holds the molten coating tightly against the conduit surface during solidification, producing a smooth, concentric plastic layer with uniform wall thickness and no air pockets.

The stainless steel cooling trough with spray nozzles and a 110 W water pump rapidly solidifies the coating, while a five-pulley drawing section with variable-speed 1.5 kW motor ensures constant line tension and prevents deformation of the finished product.

All subsystems — extruder drive, heater zones, vacuum pump, and drawing motor — are managed from a single control cabinet, reducing the learning curve for operators and allowing quick parameter adjustments between production batches.

Heavy-gauge steel framework with a 1,100 mm center-line height positions the processing line at an ergonomic working height, while powder-coated surfaces and stainless steel wet-section components resist corrosion in continuous-operation environments.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
