The Mitsubishi servo system calculates and controls soldering length in real time, ensuring exact solder coverage on every joint from 100mm to 3,000mm. This eliminates over-soldering waste and under-soldering rejects, directly improving first-pass yield on capillary-to-copper tube assemblies.
Induction heating targets the joint zone precisely without exposing surrounding tube sections to excessive heat. Combined with the recirculating water cooling system (0.2–0.4 MPa water pressure), the process preserves copper tube temper and prevents annealing — critical for maintaining burst pressure ratings in refrigeration circuits.
The machine automates the full sequence: manual workpiece loading, tooling clamp engagement, high-frequency heating, automatic solder wire feeding, and water spray cooling. With a welding speed of 110mm/s and an 8,000mm collecting rack, operators can maintain continuous output with minimal intervention between cycles.
Core control and actuation components — Mitsubishi PLC and servos, Schneider electrical switchgear, AirTAC pneumatics — are sourced from established industrial brands with global service networks. This simplifies spare parts procurement and maintenance scheduling for factories operating outside China.
Capillary tube diameter range (1.8–2.98mm), copper tube diameter range (6–8mm), and customizable tube lengths accommodate multiple refrigeration product families on a single machine. The 415V/50Hz/3-phase electrical system can also be customized to match local power standards in any export market.
