The six-axis simultaneous motion platform completes a full 9-column evaporator weld cycle in 42–45 seconds. A focused spot diameter of approximately 0.1mm concentrates energy precisely at the joint, producing narrow, deep-penetration welds that minimize thermal distortion on thin-wall tubing and header plates.

The Raycus/Chuangxin fiber laser module operates in continuous or modulated mode at up to 5kHz, with output power stability within 3%. Fiber transmission eliminates thermal lensing effects common in conventional laser systems, so focal plane drift does not degrade weld quality during long production runs.

An integrated CCD camera system identifies weld seam locations before the laser fires, compensating for fixture tolerances and part variation. This reduces reject rates on tube-to-header joints where even slight misalignment can cause refrigerant leaks in service.

HIWIN ball screws and linear guides deliver the positioning repeatability demanded by micro-scale weld joints. ●Humidity: 40%-80%. No condensation; dehumidifier installation required;

●Power Supply Grid: 340-420 V, three-phase five-wire system;

●Power grid fluctuation: ±5%. Grid grounding must meet international standards. Areas with voltage fluctuations exceeding 5% require automatic voltage and current stabilization equipment;

●No strong electromagnetic interference near installation site. Avoid radio transmitters (or relay stations) in vicinity;

●Foundation vibration amplitude: <50μm; Vibration acceleration: <0.05g. Avoid proximity to heavy machinery like stamping presses;

●Equipment space must be smoke-free and dust-free, avoiding environments with heavy dust from metal polishing/grinding;
