Hiwin linear motors and Servotronix/Fuji servo drives provide the rapid acceleration and deceleration needed to maintain this cycle time without sacrificing positional accuracy, backed by Renishaw grating scales for closed-loop feedback.
The Eaststar natural granite countertop resists thermal deformation and vibration — two common causes of drift in high-speed laser systems. Combined with Doluyo water cooling and Tongfei climate control inside the electrical cabinet, the machine maintains consistent performance across shifts without frequent recalibration.
The Bochu CNC system running on a Dell industrial PC centralizes laser power, cutting head height, gas pressure, and motion control into a single interface. Operators load material through the dedicated side access door, select the programmed recipe for the target material and thickness, and start the cycle — reducing training time and the risk of parameter errors.
The fully enclosed cutting chamber with tinted viewing windows contains fumes and reflected laser energy.
