The machine performs tube bending and end forming in a continuous automated sequence. Once an operator loads tubes into the feeding hopper, the system handles clamping, bending, inter-station transfer, end forming, facing, and unloading without manual intervention — reducing labor requirements and eliminating alignment errors caused by re-fixturing between separate machines.

A Mitsubishi PLC paired with NTBOBO’s proprietary CNC tube-bending software and Xinjie servo drive motors delivers accurate, consistent bends from R10 to R60 mm. The system supports multiple bend profiles — U, L, S, and custom shapes — on stainless steel tubes ranging from Φ4.0 to Φ10.0 mm, enabling production flexibility without sacrificing dimensional accuracy.

The bending and forming process is engineered to prevent dents, burrs, scratches, and wrinkles on finished tubes. This is critical for refrigeration evaporator and condenser components where surface defects can compromise brazing quality, airflow, or system integrity.

Core electrical protection uses Schneider breakers and relays; pneumatic circuits rely on Yadek solenoid valves, regulators, and position sensors; power conversion is handled by Taiwan Mingwei switching supplies. These components are selected for documented reliability in continuous-duty manufacturing environments, not assembled from unbranded alternatives.

The machine runs on standard 380V three-phase power (50/60 Hz) and requires compressed air at 0.5–0.8 MPa — infrastructure already present in most tube fabrication facilities. ●The production workshop floor where equipment is placed must be level and solid. A power supply of 380V ±10% and an electrically compliant grounding device must be provided.

●The production workshop must provide a compressed air source with pressure between 0.5 and 0.8 MPa and relative humidity below 90%. The environment must be free of oil, acids, harmful gases, radiation, dust, and steam.

●The normal operating temperature range for the equipment is -10°C to 40°C (to prevent condensation).
