Key Features

Four dedicated forming machines work in sequence — initial forming, deep forming, additional deep forming, and dense wave forming — each driven independently (1.8kW × 3 + 2.2kW × 1). Operators adjust blade depth, angle, and chuck range per station to produce corrugated tubes with exact wave profiles and diameters, eliminating the trial-and-error common with single-stage systems.

The welding station integrates strip cleaning, guiding, rounding, welding chamber protection, and pressure roller rounding into one compact unit. Continuous filler-free welding removes the cost and inconsistency of consumable wire while delivering repeatable seam quality across long production runs.

The crawler-type traction unit grips the welded tube over a wide contact area rather than at pinch points, distributing load evenly to prevent scratching or ovalization. The heavy-gauge welded-frame construction resists deflection under sustained pulling force, maintaining tube straightness through all downstream forming stages.

A password-protected touch screen (access code: 999123) gives operators independent control over each forming head speed and the traction drive. Sensor-based automatic speed adjustment between stations keeps the strip under consistent tension, reducing scrap from over-forming or under-forming during speed transitions.

Routine upkeep is limited to lubricant level checks, periodic cleaning solution replacement, and inspection of steel belt clamping plates and tapered guide sleeves for wear. The high-pressure washer includes an accessible internal filter section — if water pressure drops, clearing the filter restores full performance without calling a technician.

2. Pre-commissioning Instructions

●The installation base must be flat and firm; multi-point shimming can be used.

●Equipment must be aligned and centered during placement.

3. Control Panel & Touch Screen

●Password 999123 is required to enter the system.Allows independent adjustment of four forming heads and traction speed.

4. Commissioning Process

●Strip Feeding:After power-on, feed the steel strip through all welding station components.

●Enter Traction Unit:Insert the welded tube into the traction unit.

●Forming Adjustment:Adjust forming blade depth & angle to change wave height/pitch.

●Chuck Range Adjustment:Modify chuck range to adjust inner/outer diameter.

●Washing & Rewinding:Feed pipe into the washer, then rewind automatically.

5. Maintenance

●Ensure lubricant level is sufficient.

●Replace cleaning solution regularly.

●Avoid collision; properly store removed molds.

6. Troubleshooting

●If the pressure washer experiences insufficient water pressure, check whether the filter section inside the machine is clogged with debris.

●If welding tubes becomes difficult at the welding station, inspect the steel belt clamping plates and tapered guide sleeves for severe wear.
