Key Features

Cutting, punching, and bending are fully integrated into a single production line. Copper busbars feed in at one end and exit as finished components — no crane lifts, no trolley transfers, no re-clamping between stations. This reduces processing time per busbar and eliminates the dimensional errors introduced by repeated manual handling.

Independent servo systems drive the punching/cutting axis at 50m/min and the bending axis at 40m/min. A 70HPM impact frequency at the punching/cutting station keeps cycle times short even for busbars requiring multiple holes. Servo positioning ensures repeatable accuracy from the first piece to the last in a batch.

The machine handles copper flat bars from 30×3mm to 125×12mm and raw lengths up to 6,000mm. With 500KN punching force and 350KN bending force backed by 27MPa hydraulic pressure, it processes thin distribution busbars and thick power busbars on the same equipment — no tooling changeover between light and heavy gauge work.

The HMI panel consolidates all cutting, punching, and bending parameters into one interface. Operators program hole patterns, cut lengths, and bend angles directly, or import 2D drawings for automated sequencing. This centralized control reduces training time and minimizes setup errors across shifts.

At approximately 21,000×7,000×2,600mm, the machine is built for permanent installation in busbar fabrication workshops. Extended material support conveyors on both sides stabilize long bars during processing. The 79KW drive system is rated for sustained multi-shift production, and enclosed work stations protect both operators and the shop floor.
