Output current adjustable from 3–30A means the same machine handles small-diameter refrigerant lines and larger HVAC headers without swapping equipment, producing uniform brazing quality regardless of operator skill level.
A built-in 2P chiller circulates clean water at 20–40°C, maintaining safe operating temperatures for the IGBT power modules and the handheld probe. Coolant flow rate exceeds 32L/min at 0.15–0.25MPa, with automatic water temperature protection triggering at 0.5–0.6MPa to prevent thermal damage — no external chiller hookup required.
The inverter stage combines MOSFETs with German Infineon IGBT modules, delivering reliable 20KW output on 380V 50/60Hz supply. This architecture supports an 8-year service life and provides a swing-out analog signal interface for integration with production line monitoring or external controls.
At 850×550×940mm and 150KG, the unit fits through standard doorways and onto freight elevators. The steel-bar carrying handle and latched cabinet door keep internals secure during transport. A 5-meter coaxial probe (custom lengths available) gives operators freedom to reach joints in ceiling plenums, rooftop units, and refrigeration racks without repositioning the machine.
Built-in alarms for overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, low water level, and phase loss provide automatic shutdown before faults escalate. The front-panel emergency stop button allows instant de-energization, and the flameless induction process eliminates fire hazards associated with oxy-acetylene brazing in occupied buildings or confined spaces.
