The T-40 spins both ends of a copper tube in a single 45-second cycle by automatically turning the workpiece between operations. Combined with automatic loading and unloading, this eliminates idle time between parts and reduces operator intervention to simple hopper replenishment, supporting sustained output across full shifts.

The hydraulic hollow rotary cylinder accepts interchangeable integral chucks covering Φ16–Φ32mm tube diameters. With 500 storable programs on the touchscreen controller, switching between product specifications takes minutes rather than hours — a practical advantage for factories producing multiple SKUs on a single line.

The hydraulic system operates below 4.0 MPa with an energy-efficient circuit, external integrated oil tank, and forced-air cooler rated for continuous 8-hour runs under 60°C oil temperature. Pneumatic circuits include filter purification and pressure-reducing regulation, accepting standard 0.5–0.8 MPa shop air. YUKEN hydraulic valves and SMC/YADEK pneumatic components ensure reliable, low-maintenance operation.

A full enclosure guards the spinning area, while the absolute-position servo encoders eliminate zero-return on startup — the machine resumes exactly where it stopped. Status indicator lights, automatic counting, and a comprehensive inspection system give operators clear visibility into machine state and production progress without requiring advanced CNC training.
