The machine uses a pneumatic cylinder operating at 4–8 MPa air pressure combined with PLC sequencing to deliver repeatable, clean punches on copper tubes. This ensures consistent hole geometry critical for reliable filter drier assembly and leak-free welded joints.

A loading rack system automatically positions tubes into the punching station, eliminating manual placement between cycles. This keeps the machine running at its rated 20-piece-per-minute throughput with minimal operator intervention.

The integrated HMI display allows quick parameter adjustments for different tube lengths (100–200 mm) and diameters (10–20 mm). A signal tower light provides clear visual status — running, standby, or fault — so operators can monitor multiple machines simultaneously.

Built on a rigid painted steel cabinet base weighing 600 kg, the machine absorbs punching forces without vibration drift. Internal pneumatic filters and regulators protect actuators from moisture and particulates, extending service intervals.
