Twin vibratory disc feeders orient and deliver copper mesh and filter components to the press station in a continuous stream. A top-mounted bulk hopper replenishes parts automatically, allowing uninterrupted production cycles of 10–20 pieces per minute with minimal operator involvement.
The integrated programmable controller coordinates every step — feeding, pressing, filling, and discharge — through pneumatic cylinders operating at 4–8 MPa. This mechatronic approach ensures consistent canning quality across thousands of cycles without drift or manual re-adjustment.
The machine accommodates tube-type and container-type filter assemblies with diameters from 10 mm to 100 mm and lengths from 100 mm to 300 mm. With NTBOBO’s library of 300+ moulds, tooling changes for different product specifications are straightforward.
Running on single-phase 220V/50Hz power with a motor rated at just 100/500W, the machine draws minimal energy compared to hydraulic alternatives. Its compact footprint and 600 kg net weight allow it to fit into existing production cells without structural reinforcement.
Fully automatic loading and unloading — combined with a signal tower light for real-time status monitoring — means a single operator can manage several units at once, directly lowering labor costs per finished filter.
