An imported Omron encoder tracks every meter of rope fed through the machine, while the Xinjie touchscreen displays real-time progress and accepts manual input for target length and wire diameter. The system auto-stops and triggers an alarm at the preset count, eliminating over-run waste and manual measurement error.
A full-aluminum enclosed screw rod cable arranger, driven by an INVT servo motor and guided by a Kubler angle sensor, positions each layer of rope with consistent tension and spacing. The result is a compact, deformation-free reel that ships cleanly and unwinds smoothly at the point of use.
Pneumatic one-button clamping locks the reel in place instantly, and an electric lift raises or lowers the I-shaft to working height. The reel’s expansion-and-contraction inner diameter (φ350mm) allows tool-free disassembly, so a single operator manages the entire load-wind-unload cycle without assistance.
A hydraulic cylinder and dedicated pump station deliver the force needed for clean cuts on ropes up to 16mm. The cutting blade is manufactured from custom wooden-sail material selected for edge retention and resistance to the abrasive nature of steel wire strands.
The 2.2kW main motor (4–6 pole), three-phase 380V power supply, automotive-grade paint finish, and brand-name electrical components (Delixi, Chint) are specified for durability across high-duty-cycle production environments. Four wire-tie grooves and adjustable reel widths of 100–200mm handle diverse order sizes without changeover downtime.
