Flexible Hose Machine

The machine uses six rounds of press-buckle shaping to produce hoses with ±0.1mm diameter tolerance. This multi-pass forming process ensures even fold edges, consistent groove width, and a flat, smooth tube surface — critical for applications like gas lines and precision instrument protection where dimensional accuracy determines seal integrity.

Compatible with stainless steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, and copper strip, the machine covers an inner diameter range of Ø3.5mm to Ø28mm. It produces both single-lock and double-lock (interlock) hose profiles, enabling one machine to serve production needs across electrical conduit, shower hose, gas hose, marine, and fibre-optic protection tube markets.

The complete line comprises an unwinder (50kg max coil capacity, 850mm tray), a forming table with integrated gearbox, mould, motor, and dual-frequency electrical control, plus a 304 stainless steel rotary take-up unit. Total weight is 900kg. The consolidated design reduces installation complexity and keeps floor space under 1.1m × 1.0m per unit.

All forming rollers, mandrels, guide plates, and inserts are machined from mould steel for wear resistance under continuous operation. Brass bushings on small rollers reduce friction and extend service life. A 2.2KW forming motor paired with a 3.7KW frequency converter delivers stable strip feed at 70–100 metres per hour with adjustable speed control.

The one-year warranty covers replacement parts at no charge for manufacturing defects. Additional mould sets for different hose diameters are available at USD 3,500 per set, keeping changeover costs predictable.
