The SFR-100 presses spiral blades from ≥30mm inner diameter to 1000mm outer diameter, with pitch settings between 50mm and 1500mm, using the same installed mold sets. This eliminates downtime for mold swaps and reduces tooling inventory costs — a direct result of NTBOBO’s 25+ years of mold development and extensive press testing across hundreds of blade specifications.

Four chrome-plated hardened guide shafts keep the press ram precisely aligned throughout each stroke. The resulting blades fit tightly against the required inner-diameter pipe wall, with flat, even ports on both the leading and trailing edges — the two measurable criteria that define a qualified spiral blade in production environments.

NTBOBO’s proprietary positioning software calculates the exact pressing coordinates for any given inner diameter, outer diameter, and pitch combination. New operators can set up the machine without trial-and-error adjustments, reducing scrap during changeovers and shortening the learning curve from weeks to hours.

At 3 tons, the SFR-100’s solid steel frame absorbs pressing forces without deflection or vibration. The integrated hydraulic station with dedicated cooling fan maintains stable oil temperature during extended shifts, protecting seals and pump components for a longer service life.

The machine forms blades in carbon steel (Q235, Q345B) and stainless steel (304, 201) from 2mm to 30mm thick, covering standard requirements for screw conveyors, auger flights, mixing blades, and helical piles across multiple industries.
