Key Features

The SFR-30 uses a conical roller extrusion method to cold-form flat steel rings into dimensionally accurate spiral flights. This eliminates the welding seams, surface irregularities, and inconsistent pitch common in traditional fabrication methods. The result is a blade with uniform curvature and high surface hardness that reduces material damage during conveying.

A single machine handles workpiece thicknesses from 2mm to 16mm, inner diameters starting at 30mm, outer diameters up to 800mm, and pitch values between 50mm and 800mm. With 4 pre-installed mould sets for both left and right rotation, operators can produce flights for shafted screw conveyors, shaftless conveyors, augers, and mixing equipment without swapping between machines.

Each unit includes proprietary calculation and adjustment software that translates target blade dimensions into precise roller positioning data. This shortens setup time between specification changes and minimizes material waste from test runs — a measurable advantage for shops producing multiple flight sizes per shift.
