Key Features
The 860×500mm outer cylinder rotates parts continuously during the spray cycle, ensuring every surface receives even coverage. This tumbling action eliminates the need to fixture or orient individual pieces, making it ideal for high-volume batches of screws, O-rings, hooks, and other small components.
A 9kW heating element brings the chamber from room temperature up to 120°C, allowing coatings to cure inside the drum immediately after application. This removes the need for a separate drying oven in many processes and shortens overall cycle time.
The BOMA-GP08 handles four categories of coating work: decorative finishing, anti-corrosion protection, lubricant application (PTFE and water-based), and adhesive spraying for seals and bushings. Factories serving automotive, hardware, or consumer goods sectors can consolidate multiple coating tasks into one machine.
The front-mounted digital control panel provides direct access to temperature settings, timing, and process parameters. Operators require minimal training to switch between coating programs, reducing downtime during product changeovers.
At 300kg and a footprint under 2.1m², the machine is built from painted steel with adjustable leveling feet for stable operation on uneven workshop floors. Modular access panels simplify cleaning and maintenance between batches.
