A three-phase brushless synchronous alternator paired with a water-cooled diesel engine provides stable 400/230V output at 50Hz. The rigid coupling between the engine flywheel housing and generator front end cover maintains crankshaft-to-rotor concentricity, reducing vibration and extending component life under continuous duty.
Twin 60AH batteries feed an electric starting circuit, delivering the cranking power needed for prompt ignition. This dual-battery arrangement adds redundancy—critical for emergency backup applications where startup delay is unacceptable.
At 2000 × 800 × 1300 mm and 1100 kg, the unit fits standard truck beds and passes through most industrial doorways. Forklift pockets on the base frame and lockable access panels simplify both relocation and routine maintenance without disassembling the canopy.
