Key Features

The AutoLoader, Hopper Dryer, and Mixer work as an integrated feed system that dries, blends, and delivers resin automatically. Operators load raw material once; the system sustains production without manual intervention, reducing labor requirements and feed interruptions.

The 5 HP chiller paired with a 10-ton cooling tower maintains precise, stable coolant temperatures throughout the production cycle. Consistent cooling ensures laminated plastic products hold their target dimensions and surface finish from the first piece to the last.

The BST-PC180 crusher processes reject parts and trim waste on-site, returning regrind directly to the material stream. This reduces raw material consumption and eliminates the cost and logistics of off-site scrap processing.

Total auxiliary power consumption across all six units is approximately 15.4 kW. The cooling tower alone operates at just 0.18 kW, keeping utility costs manageable even during multi-shift production schedules.

Each unit is a self-contained machine with its own footprint and power connection. Factories can arrange the line to fit available floor space, replace individual modules for maintenance without stopping the entire line, and scale capacity by adding units as output demands grow.
