Hydraulic Scrap Metal Baler
Compress scrap metal into dense, transportable bales with 1250 KN hydraulic force.
Industrial hydraulic baler engineered for scrap metal processors, recycling facilities, and steel mills requiring consistent high-density compression. Dual 1250 KN cylinders handle irregular copper, aluminum, and steel loads while automated PLC control maintains production efficiency across extended shifts.

Key Features
The main cylinder (1250 KN, 1000 mm stroke) and side press cylinder (1250 KN, 200 mm stroke) work in sequence to compress loose scrap from multiple directions, producing uniformly dense bales that maximize payload per shipment and reduce per-ton logistics costs.
Each baling cycle completes within 80 seconds without loading, enabling sustained output of 500–700 kg/hour. PLC automation ensures consistent bale density from cycle to cycle, regardless of operator experience level.
Operators can switch between fully automatic PLC-sequenced baling and manual mode for irregular or oversized loads. The turnover bale discharge system ejects finished bales without requiring a forklift at the press, reducing labor requirements on the shop floor.
The reinforced welded steel frame and baling chamber are designed to absorb repeated high-pressure cycles without deformation. Structural ribbing across the chamber walls contains material securely during compression, extending machine service life under demanding scrap yard conditions.
Chamber size and bale dimensions can be engineered to match your specific downstream requirements — whether you need bales sized for a particular furnace mouth, container packing plan, or customer specification. NTBOBO maintains 300+ mould sets and a 12-person R&D team to support custom engineering.
