The Dry Press 25TG provides independently adjustable pressing stroke, top-pressure stroke, filling height, and die position — all with scale markings for repeatable setup. A top-pressure mechanism actively improves density uniformity across the green compact, and the pressure-hold function at full compression gives materials adequate time to form and exhaust trapped air, eliminating stratification in finished parts.
From powder delivery through the material barrel, tube, and shoe, to pressing, demoulding, and part ejection, every step runs automatically and continuously. An optional vibrating feeding cam drives reciprocating motion of the material shoe, ensuring stable and consistent powder distribution inside the die cavity — critical for maintaining part-to-part weight and density consistency at production speed.
Frequency-conversion stepless speed regulation lets operators set forming rates between 10 and 25 strokes per minute to match different powders and part profiles. Four operating modes — jog, single cycle, continuous, and continuous with programmable stops — give full flexibility for setup trials, sampling, and uninterrupted batch production. A mechanical stepless speed option is also available.
Pneumatic preloading and protective ejection functions with adjustable force safeguard both tooling and formed parts. Built-in phase-loss protection, over-current protection, and over-torque protection prevent electrical and mechanical damage, reducing unplanned downtime and maintenance costs.
All operating procedures are displayed, controlled, set, and adjusted through an encoder-PLC-touchscreen system. This centralized interface reduces operator training time and makes it straightforward to switch between product recipes, monitor cycle status in real time, and diagnose issues quickly.

The Dry press 25TG can automatically pour the powder suitable for forming into the mold through the material barrel, material tube, and material shoe, and then press the powder through the punch installed on the press, and then carry out the molding process on the pressed product.
