The air-suction bottom paper extraction system pulls sheets without pausing the production cycle. Operators load paper stock into the feed hopper while the machine runs, maintaining the full 11,000 pcs/h throughput and virtually eliminating idle time between batches.
A compulsive setting mechanism combined with horizontal pre-pressure and vertical pressure-loading holds each sheet in exact alignment through every fold. This ensures crisp, accurate creases and consistent envelope dimensions whether producing small Chinese-type envelopes or large Western-format mailers.
One machine handles Chinese Code 1–10 (176×102 mm to 324×458 mm) and Western Code 2–9 (176×110 mm to 323×229 mm) envelopes, plus commercial envelopes, first-day celebration covers, and similar paper bags. Changeover between formats is straightforward, reducing downtime for mixed-order production.
The output section automatically counts finished envelopes and separates them into preset groups, ready for packing. This removes the need for a separate counting station downstream, saving floor space and labor while reducing handling-related damage to finished products.
The motor and air pump (2.2 kW + 3.0 kW) operate through a synchronous rotation drive train that reduces gear noise and mechanical vibration. At a total machine weight of 2,500 kg and a footprint of 5,000×1,300×1,260 mm, the unit delivers industrial-grade output in a compact, workshop-friendly package.

The envelope paste machine is applicable to process Chinese type code 1- 10, western type code 2-9 international envelope, commercial envelope, first day celebration envelope and similar paper bags in national standard. This envelope paste machine with high working efficiency, reliable performance and compact structure, adopts air suction type bottom paper-extracting system and may supply paper without a pause. With compulsive setting system and horizontal pre-pressure, vertical pressure-loading parts can assure product accuracy at high speed and rotary paste suits to any purpose. Complete with air absorbing type roller barrier folding system, it may work steadily at high speed. And collecting section has electronic count and group system in order to pack finished products. Driving system follows synchronization and rotation to reduce noise.
