The Siemens PLC touchscreen interface centralizes control over every stage — pulping, molding, drying, hot pressing, trimming, and die-cutting. Operators set product weight and function parameters directly on the HMI, enabling one-key recipe switching without mechanical adjustments between production batches.
A high-pressure hydraulic system combined with servo motor drive ensures uniform pressure distribution across all mold cavities. The heating system maintains stable temperatures throughout the forming cycle, eliminating hot spots that cause uneven wall thickness or surface defects in finished tableware.
The 3-second mold positioning system and interchangeable tooling design allow factories to switch between product shapes — round plates, rectangular trays, bowls, clamshell containers — with minimal downtime. NTBOBO’s inventory of 300+ mold sets supports custom cavity designs for specific product dimensions.
The pulping and refining front end processes sugarcane bagasse, bamboo fiber, white paper pulp, and other natural fiber sources. This versatility lets manufacturers adapt to regional raw material availability and respond to market demand for certified compostable or biodegradable tableware.
Every line ships with a one-year warranty covering free replacement parts for manufacturing defects. NTBOBO provides free operator training at its Nantong facility and dispatches experienced technicians for overseas installation, commissioning, and hands-on production training at the buyer’s plant.
Technical Specifications
The high-end Molded pulp production line process: pulping, screening and refining process. The final molded pulp tableware can be produced after drying, pressing, trimming and die-cutting. It’s mainly used for high quality pulp molded products.

We offer free training here in China. Also we can send technicians oversea for whole line installation and training. The relevant cost including Visa, insurance, round flight ticket, labor cost and accommodation should be borne by buyer
The guarantee period is one year since the date B/L.
During this period, we will offer free parts for changing if machine quality problem. Also the spare parts can be offered in original cost after that. The freight for part sending will be paid by buyer.

All NTBOBO machines come with a 1-year warranty from the date of Bill of Lading. Our engineering team provides 24-hour technical support throughout the warranty period.
We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
Standard delivery is within 10-35 working days after receiving the down payment, depending on the machine model and customization requirements.
