A single tufting head processes 420–520 holes per minute, supporting capacity for up to 100,000 implant pores per brush design. Combined with infinite preset flocking programs, operators can queue multiple product variants and run continuous shifts without bottlenecks.

Germany Festo cylinders and speed control valves handle all pneumatic functions, delivering repeatable force and motion cycle after cycle. The Fuji special machine control system manages all axis movements and program logic, with a bilingual touchscreen interface that simplifies setup and diagnostics.

All wearing parts and spare components follow standardized designs, so replacement stock is easy to source and install without specialized tooling or highly trained mechanics. A pneumatic pressure relief hair box and no-aluminum-sheet alarm further reduce unplanned stops.

The control panel features clear on-screen programming, an emergency stop button, and accessible service doors for material loading and routine maintenance. Frequency converter speed control lets operators adjust tufting rate on the fly, matching output to material requirements without stopping the machine.
