Key Features

Each station runs an independent Mitsubishi motor and spindle assembly with NSK bearings, maintaining tight concentricity between the tube centerline and cutter. The Omron encoder monitors rotational position in real time, ensuring every chamfer meets dimensional tolerance without manual correction.

After manual loading, the machine handles feeding, pneumatic clamping, blade engagement, and retraction automatically. Dual stations process two tubes or two ends simultaneously, effectively doubling output compared to single-station chamfering setups.

The machine accepts steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper tubes with outer diameters from Φ4 mm to Φ50 mm and processing lengths from 20 mm to 200 mm. Interchangeable chucks and adjustable trip holders allow changeovers in minutes, supported by NTBOBO’s library of 300+ mould sets.

Cr12MoV forming blades resist wear and chipping during long shifts on abrasive materials. The standardized blade design simplifies replacement — loosen, swap, re-tighten — without specialized alignment tools or extended downtime.

Schneider contactors, Airtac pneumatic cylinders, and Kinco HMI are stocked by distributors worldwide. The powder-coated steel cabinet protects internals from shop-floor debris while keeping all adjustment points accessible from the front of the machine.
