Paper Tube Curling Machine

This machine curls tubes from 50mm to 500mm in diameter and 0.6mm to 3mm in wall thickness, covering a broad spectrum of packaging formats — from small candy tubes to large cake boxes and composite wine cans — without requiring separate equipment for each size.

The text panel and PLC control system lets operators set curling depth, pressure, and speed per product specification. Saved recipes enable fast changeovers between SKUs, cutting downtime on mixed-product lines.

Weighing 800 kg on a boxed steel base, the machine resists vibration during high-speed cycling. Its 800×1000mm footprint fits into tight production layouts, and ventilated side panels help dissipate motor heat during extended runs.

Beyond standard paper tubes, the machine handles plastic cover composite cans and tin-plate cans, giving packaging factories the flexibility to diversify product offerings on a single piece of equipment.
