Each of the four print stations features independent 360° rotational adjustment and manual plate up/down positioning, allowing operators to align colors accurately across the full 1160 mm web width. Bearing-driven transmission minimizes backlash, so registration holds steady from 10 m/min setup speed through 50 m/min production speed.

Chromium-plated anilox rollers meter ink to the resin printing plates in controlled, repeatable volumes. The machine’s automatic ink transport system eliminates the need for manual refilling during production runs, reducing operator workload and preventing ink starvation that causes print defects.

A staged drying approach — forced air followed by radiant heating — removes solvent from water-based or solvent-based inks before the fabric reaches the next color station or the rewind. Six heaters across four stations plus an auxiliary 1 m heating zone and two dedicated fans ensure adequate drying even at higher speeds, preventing set-off and smearing.

Magnetic powder tension braking on unwind and rewind accommodates varying roll diameters up to 1000 mm without sudden tension spikes that stretch or distort non-woven substrates. An integrated meter counter lets operators preset run lengths; the machine stops automatically when the target is reached or if the material breaks.

The entire machine runs on a single 380 V supply with a 3 kW main motor and four 0.75 kW ink transport motors — total connected load is modest relative to output. Plate changes, speed adjustments, and color registration are all performed manually at each station, keeping electronics simple and maintenance straightforward.
