Key Features

A PLC programming control system paired with high-precision servo drives (three 2 kW dispensing servos plus a dedicated 2 kW dispensing servo) manages paper feed, glue dispensing, and cut-length positioning. A Japanese-origin closed-control encoder and a US-made Martin dispenser encoder deliver repeatable accuracy, while automatic color-code tracking (Taiwan-sourced) ensures every cut aligns with the printed design — no manual adjustment between runs.

The machine feeds up to four paper webs simultaneously through layering, middle-seam sizing, and bag-mouth dispensing stations, producing a fully bonded multi-layer tube in one uninterrupted pass. This integrated approach eliminates the need for separate laminating equipment and reduces work-in-progress inventory on the factory floor.

The 40 mm 45# steel head plate, 250# channel-steel column structure, and 200# channel-steel intermediate supports are surface-treated with three coats of paint for corrosion resistance. Mechanical parts use 45# steel, A3 steel, and cast iron where appropriate, ensuring dimensional stability over years of high-speed operation.

A 10-inch touchscreen HMI centralizes all parameter settings — bag length, layer count, line speed, and glue timing. Automatic coil-stop, photoelectric induction, and auto-counting functions let a single operator manage the full 14,500 mm production line. Cold cutting extends blade life and eliminates heat-related paper deformation.

Coil widths from 660–1,020 mm are accepted as standard, and the maximum roll diameter can be customized to match your supplier’s output. An optional full-servo-control dispensing system provides speed-synchronous glue application for higher-speed runs, and a guide configuration is available for downstream bottom-pasting integration.
