Dual flexible extraction arms with conical hoods can be positioned directly at welding, grinding, or polishing stations, capturing dust and fumes before they disperse into the workshop air. This targeted approach reduces the total air volume that needs processing and improves overall capture rates.

The unit houses multiple large pleated filter cartridges that provide substantial filtration surface area relative to the machine’s compact size. The impulse cleaning mechanism automatically dislodges accumulated dust from filter media, maintaining consistent airflow and extending cartridge life between replacements.

Sound-dampening foam lines the interior panels, significantly reducing blower and airflow noise during continuous operation. This makes the MC series suitable for workshops where operators work in close proximity to the unit throughout a full shift.

A slide-out collection drawer at the base of the unit allows operators to empty accumulated dust quickly without disassembling the machine. The modular compartment layout gives direct access to filters, the blower motor, and internal ducting for scheduled servicing.

Engineered to eliminate secondary pollution, the system contains captured particulate securely within the housing until disposal. The enclosed design, combined with stable and reliable operation, meets the practical demands of daily factory use without adding environmental or safety risks.
