Two spray guns rotate at high speed to coat workpieces from every angle simultaneously. This eliminates dead zones on complex or irregular geometries and delivers 4–5 times the output of a single manual operator, making it suitable for both simple and difficult-to-reach surfaces.
The fully enclosed chamber uses down-draft dust extraction to draw all airborne paint particles into a water bath. Residue is collected in a dedicated filtration net for centralized disposal. Operators work outside the enclosure with no contact with paint mist or volatile compounds, meeting strict workplace safety and environmental standards.
The integrated HMI control panel allows operators to teach and save spray paths for tens of thousands of different workpieces. Once programmed, each job runs with identical parameters — consistent film thickness, uniform coverage, and minimal waste — regardless of operator skill level.
The chassis and exterior panels are built from stainless steel for corrosion resistance in paint-laden environments. Internal pneumatics, sensors, and electrical controls use components from AirTAC, Omron, and Schneider, providing industrial-grade durability and global availability of replacement parts.
Operating at just 220V / 750W (1/2 HP), the BO-500×2 can be deployed on standard factory power without infrastructure upgrades. At 380 kg net weight with caster wheels, it can be repositioned between production lines as demand shifts, and it accepts any liquid coating material for maximum process versatility.
