A precision star-wheel folding mechanism combined with controlled heat-seal bars produces tight, smooth cellophane finishes on every box. Seal integrity remains uniform whether running at 40 or 80 packs per minute, giving end products a professional retail appearance.
The machine automatically applies gold tear-tape during the wrapping cycle, integrating tamper-evidence into a single pass. This removes the need for a dedicated tear-tape applicator downstream and simplifies line layout.
Operators switch between product formats — perfume cartons, cosmetic boxes, pharmaceutical packs — by changing the mold and adjusting speed settings on the control panel. Any box whose combined length plus height falls within the 210 mm limit can be accommodated without mechanical redesign.
Total installed power is 4.75 kW (0.75 kW motor, 4 kW heating), keeping electricity consumption low relative to output. The 220 V / 50–60 Hz supply compatibility means the machine can operate in most global factory power environments without a transformer.
