Key Features

The alternating dual-mold cycle keeps one mold cooling while the other receives injection, sustaining output of 25–32 finished shoulders per minute. This overlapping workflow eliminates dead time and maximizes machine utilization across full production shifts.

A screw pre-plasticizing unit with quantitative limit feeding delivers exactly 115 cm³ per shot at up to 128 MPa. Operators get consistent melt homogeneity and shot-to-shot repeatability, which directly reduces reject rates and raw material waste.

The vertical configuration concentrates clamping, injection, and ejection within a 1500 × 1600 × 2500 mm envelope. Gravity assists insert placement and part ejection, simplifying the operator’s task and making the machine well-suited to insert-molding applications where positional accuracy matters.

A 450 KN clamping force locks molds securely, while the hydraulic slow-mold function decelerates platen travel just before contact. This two-stage approach prevents impact damage to mold faces and embedded inserts, reducing maintenance costs and extending tooling life.

Electrical interlocking on all moving assemblies halts the cycle if guards are open or platens misaligned. Mold mounting is designed for fast disassembly and installation, so changeovers between shoulder sizes or profiles can be completed quickly without crane assistance on the 1,800 kg machine.
