Three or four independent heating zones, multi-stage injection pressure up to 2,500 kg/cm², and adjustable injection speed and back pressure give operators full control over fill behavior, pack pressure, and melt consistency — critical for producing dimensionally accurate parts with minimal flash or sink marks.

The fixed lower platen and upward-moving upper mold allow gravity to hold metal inserts, connectors, or pre-formed components securely in place before injection.
