OPP PE PP PVC Metal Sheet Slitting Machine

The machine achieves a cutting accuracy of ±0.2mm using matched upper and lower circular blade sets mounted on 65mm-diameter shafts. Upper blades (65/110mm ID/OD) and lower blades (65/90mm ID/OD) are independently adjustable, enabling clean, repeatable cuts on materials from delicate release films to metal foils.

Designed to laminate, rewind, and slit copper foil, aluminum foil, OPP, PE, PP, PVC, release paper, cloth, and similar flexible substrates. The 1300mm maximum web width and 1000mm unwinding diameter accommodate standard master rolls used across electronics, packaging, printing, and textile converting.

Multiple rewinding shafts operate simultaneously, converting a single wide roll into several narrow rolls in one pass. With slitting speeds up to 80 m/min and a maximum winding diameter of 500mm, the machine reduces changeover time and increases daily output compared to single-shaft alternatives.

Precision guide rollers and a dedicated tension management system maintain uniform web tension from unwind to rewind. This prevents common defects such as telescoping, edge waviness, and inconsistent roll density — critical for downstream lamination and printing processes.

The 1900kg steel frame absorbs vibration and maintains alignment under continuous operation. Chrome-plated rollers resist corrosion and material buildup, while the centralized control panel with emergency stop provides safe, intuitive operation for a single operator.
