Foot pedal activation frees both hands for precise workpiece positioning and control

Compact Integration

140kg unit with 190×320mm work table fits existing production layouts efficiently

Standard Air Supply

Operates on 2–6 kg/cm² air pressure compatible with factory compressed air systems

Direct Drive Motor

380V, 1400 RPM motor provides reliable rotational force through direct coupling system

Key Features

The riveting head rotates around the rivet centerline while simultaneously spinning under tangential force, producing smooth, burr-free rivet heads without cracking or deforming the surrounding material. This orbital action distributes forming force gradually, which is critical for assemblies with thin-walled or heat-sensitive components.

Supports solid rivets from 1–8 mm and hollow rivets from 1–20 mm in diameter, with a maximum rivet length of 200 mm. This range covers fastening tasks from small electronic enclosures to structural sheet metal joints, reducing the need for multiple dedicated machines on the shop floor.

The built-in multi-station rotary table allows operators to load, rivet, and unload parts in a continuous sequence. While one station is being riveted, the next is being loaded — minimizing downtime and keeping output rates high across shifts.

An integrated HMI control panel and foot pedal give operators full command over cycle timing and actuation. The adjustable 0–6 second cycle time accommodates different part geometries, while the emergency stop button provides immediate shutdown when needed.

Running on standard 380V power and 2–6 kg/cm² compressed air, the machine connects directly to existing factory utilities. At 140 kg with a compact footprint, it can be positioned at any workstation or integrated into an assembly cell without structural reinforcement.

Technical Specifications

The motor transfers power to the spindle through a coupling, and the pneumatic system drives the pistons down the spindle. When the riveting head contacts the rivet, the riveting head rotates around the center line of the rivet. At the same time, the riveting head rotates under the action of tangential force.
