Key Features

The entire workflow — decoiling, automatic feeding, straightening, cutting, clamping, and upsetting — runs under PLC control without manual operation. This reduces labor costs and eliminates operator-induced quality variation, delivering stable output shift after shift.

At 32 pieces per minute and over 50 tons of extrusion force, the rolling mill maintains tight dimensional tolerances on every copper ball. The CNC precision feeding system ensures exact material lengths enter the forming station, minimizing material waste and reject rates.

An integrated inspection device automatically judges each formed ball and excludes defective products from the output stream. This removes the bottleneck and cost of separate manual quality checks downstream.

The 12 MPa hydraulic system with 8 m³ oil capacity provides smooth, consistent force delivery. Pressure sensors continuously monitor forming loads, protecting tooling from overload and extending die life.

The touchscreen interface gives operators clear access to all production parameters, diagnostics, and alarms. A split electrical control cabinet simplifies wiring access for maintenance, and quick-change die design keeps tooling swaps fast and straightforward.
