With a maximum mould size of 500 × 450 mm, 400 mm mould thickness capacity, and a platen stroke range of 300–750 mm, the BO-80 handles a broad spectrum of hollow products — from small cosmetic bottles to 10-liter containers — without requiring a larger, more costly machine.

The hydraulic circuit is engineered to minimize pressure losses and idle energy draw. Components are selected from proven international brands for long service life and straightforward replacement, keeping maintenance costs predictable.
