Key Features

A top-mounted 4.8 kW electric heater with forced-air blower pushes heated air into the rotating basket during centrifugal operation. This dual action removes surface liquid by centrifugal force while evaporating trapped moisture simultaneously, so parts leave the drum ready for the next production step — no secondary oven or air-drying rack required.

The built-in inverter regulates basket speed from 0 to 450 rpm, and a constant-temperature controller maintains the chamber between 40 °C and 150 °C. Operators can dial in gentle cycles for delicate silicon wafers or aggressive spin speeds for heavy steel fasteners, all from a single control panel with digital display.

The drum, perforated basket, and lid are manufactured entirely from stainless steel. This resists degradation from the water, acids, and plating chemicals common in electroplating lines, wire-drawing plants, and electronics cleaning stations — reducing maintenance frequency and replacement costs.

An automatic braking mechanism stops the basket reliably between batches, and the flat-bottom basket design simplifies loading and unloading of small parts. The 1.5 kW drive motor and simple mechanical layout keep vibration low, noise manageable, and routine servicing straightforward.

The medium-sized, self-contained unit fits beside washing tanks, plating baths, or cleaning stations without major floor-plan changes. Flexible ducting connects the exhaust for moisture evacuation, keeping the surrounding work area dry.
