Disposable Razor Production Line

The production line integrates four purpose-built stations — cutter head assembly, sliding strip machine, handle assembly, and cover assembly — each matched at 2,700 pcs/hour. This balanced design eliminates work-in-progress pileups between stations and keeps the entire line running at full rated capacity.

Every machine is equipped with its own PLC and HMI touchscreen for independent monitoring and parameter adjustment. Operators can view real-time assembly counts, diagnose faults through on-screen alarm codes, and access automatic production statistics for shift-end reporting — no external data logging equipment needed.

Vibratory bowl feeders and dedicated material hoppers handle part orientation and delivery to each assembly point. The only manual task is periodic material replenishment, which means a single production line can be managed by just a few operators rather than the dozens required for manual razor assembly.

Each station includes sensors that trigger an automatic alarm and machine shutdown when anomalies occur — whether a misaligned component, jammed feeder, or depleted material supply. This prevents defective razors from continuing down the line and reduces material waste.

The line operates on widely available 220V single-phase AC power and standard industrial compressed air at 0.6–0.8 MPa (dry). Combined with individual machine weights between 150 kg and 700 kg, the system can be deployed in most existing factory environments without structural reinforcement or specialized electrical upgrades.
