A 7.5 kW motor paired with a 14-blade rotor system (12 rotating + 2 stationary) delivers 250–450 kg/h of crushed output, keeping pace with injection molding and extrusion lines that generate continuous scrap.
The 270 mm rotation diameter and 10 mm mesh screen work together to produce uniformly sized plastic granules, reducing downstream sorting and improving the feed quality for pelletizers or extruders.
At 430 kg on an all-steel welded base measuring 1060 × 880 × 1320 mm, the BO-400 resists vibration and frame distortion even during prolonged crushing of rigid engineering plastics.
Tool-accessible panels and a removable blade assembly let operators clean the crushing chamber and swap blades in minutes, minimizing production downtime between material changes.
A clearly marked emergency stop, enclosed feed hopper, and lockable caster wheels ensure safe operation and quick relocation across different workstations on the factory floor.
