The dual-diameter screw design is engineered specifically for ABS, PE, and PP feedstock. The longer 100mm-diameter screw handles primary melting and mixing, while the 110mm section provides additional shear and pressure control. This configuration eliminates dead zones where material can stagnate and degrade, ensuring clean color transitions and consistent pellet quality when switching between resin types.
A 30kW motor paired with a high-torque gearbox drives the system at an output rate of 3.5–5 tons per 24-hour cycle. The power-to-throughput ratio keeps energy costs per kilogram of finished pellets measurably below that of oversized machines, directly improving operating margins for recycling operations and compounding facilities.
The 24-piece rotating knife assembly cuts extruded strands against a 10mm sieve plate, producing granules within a tight size range. Uniform pellet geometry improves feeding consistency in downstream injection molding and extrusion machines, reducing reject rates and machine stoppages for your end customers.
All wear components — screws, barrel liners, and cutting knives — are manufactured from hardened alloy steel to extend service intervals. The centralized control panel consolidates temperature, motor speed, and fault monitoring into a single operator station, reducing the skill level required for daily operation and minimizing unplanned downtime.
The built-in exhaust venting structure actively removes moisture and trapped gases during plasticizing. This means operators can process regrind, flake, or film scrap without a separate pre-drying step, saving both equipment cost and floor space in the production line.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
Standard delivery is within 10-35 working days after receiving the down payment, depending on the machine model and customization requirements.
