The microcomputer control system continuously monitors process demand and automatically loads or unloads compressor capacity to match actual cooling requirements. This keeps the Panasonic compressor operating at peak efficiency and reduces electricity consumption during partial-load conditions. A built-in start-interval timer staggers compressor starts to limit inrush current and protect upstream electrical infrastructure.

Critical refrigeration-circuit components — Emerson thermostatic expansion valve, Emerson filter dryer, and Panasonic compressor — are sourced from established international manufacturers. Schneider and equivalent-grade electrical components handle power distribution. This selection reduces unplanned downtime and simplifies global spare-parts sourcing.

The integrated air-cooled condenser, water tank, and circulation pump form a complete cooling loop in a single unit. No cooling tower, no external water treatment, and no separate pump skid are required. Top-mounted axial fans move 10,000 m³/h of air across the condenser coils, allowing reliable heat rejection even in warm ambient conditions.

The full-display controller presents system pressures, temperatures, fault codes, and run-time data on a single screen. Remote-control capability lets operators adjust setpoints without entering the production floor. Dual-level password protection prevents unauthorized parameter changes while still giving maintenance staff full diagnostic access.

At 1430 × 790 × 1530 mm and 350 kg, the BO-10A fits through standard doorways and can be repositioned on its caster wheels as production layouts change. The 380V/3-phase/50Hz power connection is standard across most industrial facilities, requiring no special transformer or wiring.
