The integrated handle loop bonding system operates at up to 75 pieces per minute, directly replacing five manual workers or five standalone bonding machines. This consolidation significantly reduces labor costs, floor space, and production bottlenecks at the handle attachment stage.

All bonding operations — including bag mouth folding, side sealing, and handle attachment — use ultrasonic thermal welding rather than adhesive or stitching. This produces uniform, high-strength seals with no consumable thread or glue, lowering per-bag material costs and eliminating glue-related downtime.

A stepping motor with computer-controlled fixed-length cutting works in tandem with photoelectric color mark tracking to maintain accurate print registration throughout the run. The magnetic powder tension controller and automatic deviation correction system compensate for roll diameter changes and material inconsistencies, ensuring dimensional accuracy from first bag to last.

The programmable PLC touch screen supports editable recipes, auto counting with preset batch stop, and automatic alarm notification. Operators can set target quantities, monitor production in real time, and switch between stored bag programs with minimal training, enabling efficient single-operator management of the full production line.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
