Ultrasonic Welding for Consistent Seal Quality

All bonding operations — including bag mouth folding, side sealing, and handle attachment — use ultrasonic thermal welding rather than adhesive or stitching. This produces uniform, high-strength seals with no consumable thread or glue, lowering per-bag material costs and eliminating glue-related downtime.

Precision Material Handling and Registration

A stepping motor with computer-controlled fixed-length cutting works in tandem with photoelectric color mark tracking to maintain accurate print registration throughout the run.
