Unlike smelting-based copper recovery, this system operates at ambient temperature using a low-concentration acid electrolyte. No toxic gases are released during operation, eliminating the need for expensive fume extraction systems and protecting worker health on the shop floor.
The electrolytic approach consumes significantly less energy per ton of recovered copper than thermal alternatives. With five dedicated recycling cells operating in parallel, the system maximizes throughput while keeping per-unit electricity costs low — a critical factor for operations processing large volumes of etching waste.
Cathode copper produced by this machine can be placed directly into anode frames for secondary electrolysis without an intermediate smelting or casting step. This shortens the recycling workflow, reduces handling, and lowers overall processing costs.
The system is not limited to etching solutions. It processes crushed copper powder, copper alloy granules, and scrap copper recovered from electroplating lines (gold, silver, nickel), making it a single investment that serves multiple waste streams in a recycling facility.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
