Key Features
Servo fixed-length feeding holds tight tolerances across the full 0–200m/min speed range. The PLC automatically tracks and sets meter counts, so operators can run preset batch lengths without manual monitoring. Automatic cut-off and pre-feeding to the reeling shaft allow continuous production with minimal pause between rolls.
Designed for paper from 60 to 600gsm as well as paper-plastic composites, films, and decorative materials. The unwind accepts rolls up to 1,600mm wide and 1,300mm in diameter, making the machine suitable for both lightweight converting stock and heavier packaging board.
Shaftless hydraulic loading on the unwind side speeds up roll changes and removes the need for matching shafts to each core size. Pneumatic unloading on the rewind side ejects finished rolls quickly. Air expanding shafts on both stations grip cores securely and release instantly, cutting changeover time significantly.
Round knife and straight knife options can be configured to match the material being processed. An automatic waste discharge system removes trim strips in real time, keeping the slitting area clear and reducing the risk of jams or surface defects on finished rolls.
The machine weighs 3,000kg across its unwind and rewind frames, providing the rigidity needed to suppress vibration at high line speeds. Powder-coated steel frames and chrome-finished guide rollers resist wear in demanding production environments. The power supply is customizable to match local voltage and frequency requirements.
