Paper Cone Making Machine

The machine forms 190–230 paper cones per minute using frequency-regulated drive control, allowing operators to fine-tune speed to match paper weight and cone geometry. This eliminates the trial-and-error of fixed-speed systems and reduces waste during material changeovers.

A single machine covers cone angles from 17° to 23° and bus lengths from 110 mm to 250 mm (with custom options available). Changing molds is the only step required to switch between product sizes, keeping changeover time short and reducing the need for multiple dedicated machines on the production floor.

The enclosed gear-and-cam driven transmission provides high rigidity and positional accuracy at sustained speeds. Oil circulation lubrication extends component life and maintains consistent performance without frequent manual greasing schedules.

Engineered to process paper stocks ranging from 80 to 170 gsm — including copper paper, aluminum foil paper, and double-adhesive paper — the machine adapts to varied packaging requirements without modifications to the feeding or forming mechanisms.

The integrated HMI panel provides one-point access to speed settings, automatic piece counting, and fault alerts. At just 1,850 × 1,750 × 1,800 mm and 1,000 kg, the machine fits into existing production lines with standard floor loading, and routine maintenance access is straightforward through the modular cabinet design.
