At 260–300 pieces per hour, one operator manages the process by batch-loading 5+ semi-finished filter screens into the automatic induction and transmission system. The machine handles sponge feeding from roll stock, cutting, bonding, and output — reducing manual handling to a single loading step per cycle.

The frame is built from modular aluminum alloy extrusion profiles, keeping the structure rigid yet lightweight. Enclosed powder-coated base cabinets protect the control electronics and pneumatic components, while lockable castors allow repositioning on the factory floor without disassembly.

The full-Chinese touchscreen interface displays live process parameters, alarm content, and component status in real time. Screen-based parameter recording means production data is logged automatically, supporting traceability and simplifying quality audits.
