The pneumatic mould folds the carton lid and locks the paper flaps mechanically, eliminating the need for adhesive tape or hot melt glue. This removes consumable expense, shortens cycle time, and produces a cleaner finished carton ready for immediate product loading.
Each forming cycle is controlled by repeatable pneumatic actuation rather than manual handling, delivering uniform carton geometry box after box. This throughput directly replaces one to two manual operators on a typical packing line.
NTBOBO supplies a dedicated forming mould for each carton size within the machine’s range (L 200–400 mm, W 150–300 mm, H 40–100 mm). Mould swaps are straightforward, and the touch-screen interface stores parameters for fast recall when switching between product runs.
Transparent blue polycarbonate panels give full visibility of the forming process while keeping hands away from moving parts. An emergency stop button and tri-colour stack light provide immediate status feedback, meeting factory floor safety requirements.
At just 1000W and an overall dimension of 2100 × 1400 × 1600 mm, the machine fits into tight packing areas without demanding additional electrical infrastructure. Lockable castor wheels let a single operator reposition it as line layouts change.
