Carton Unpackaging Machine

The machine picks flat carton blanks from the vertical magazine using suction cups, erects them into shape, folds the bottom flaps, and applies sealing tape — all in one pass. This eliminates the need for dedicated operators at each forming stage and directly reduces labor costs on the packaging line.

Flat blanks are stored vertically and can be reloaded during operation without stopping the machine. The BOBO-01 holds approximately 100 cartons; the larger model stores around 80. This design maximizes uptime and avoids the production gaps typical of batch-feed systems.

Switching between carton specifications requires only manual adjustment of the guides and forming mechanisms, typically completed within 1–2 minutes. The supported range covers cartons from 200×150×100 mm to 450×400×400 mm, giving production lines the flexibility to handle multiple SKU packaging formats.

Drive motors are sourced from Taibang (Taiwan), PLC from Siemens (Germany), pneumatic cylinders from Yadeke (Taiwan), and electrical controls from Schneider and Omron. Every component is selected for durability under continuous industrial use, reducing unplanned downtime and spare-part complications.

Transparent plexiglass guarding provides full visibility of the forming process while protecting operators from moving parts. A blade protection device prevents accidental injury. The Siemens PLC paired with a touchscreen display gives operators clear, real-time feedback, making the machine accessible even to less experienced personnel.
