The proprietary fast oil-pressure mechanism completes each forming cycle 15–20 minutes faster per station than conventional machines, enabling sustained output of 40–80 lunch boxes per minute. Hydraulic oil is recirculated internally, cutting waste-oil disposal and keeping ambient noise well below typical workshop levels.
A mechanical feed system positions each PE-coated sheet with consistent accuracy, replacing older paper-drop methods that cause misalignment and material waste. The result is a documented waste rate of roughly 1/1000 — a significant reduction in raw material cost per shift.
The machine forms lunch boxes, rectangular food trays, and custom packing boxes up to 210×140×80 mm from paperboard weighing 100–400 g/m². Mold changeovers accommodate non-standard shapes, delivering a finished-product yield that conventional forming machines struggle to match.
The outfeed conveyor is designed to connect directly to labeling machines, film-wrapping stations, or disc-packaging systems, eliminating manual handling between forming and packing. This reduces labor requirements and shortens total order-to-ship time.
Critical parts — Delta frequency transformer, Airtac pneumatic valves, Harbin bearings, and Taiwan-sourced hydraulic motor and oil pump — are chosen for global availability and proven industrial durability. Operators can source replacements locally in most major markets without long lead times.
